The clinical practice guidelines are designed to establish a standard of care for adults with cerebral palsy to be delivered through a whole-body systems approach.

The guideline development is driven by an international core working group representing the United States, Australia, Ireland, Canada, and The Netherlands. Input and guidance from clinical experts and adults with CP is incorporated throughout the development process.
